If you're not completely happy with your labels, we'll reprint them free of charge or give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Eligible for Refund or Reprint

Printing errors: Misspelled names, wrong colours, or incorrect icons — if we got it wrong, we’ll fix it immediately.

Damaged in transit: Labels arrived bent, torn, or otherwise damaged? Send us a photo and we’ll reship at no cost.

Quality issues: Labels peeling, fading, or not sticking properly within 30 days of application? We’ll replace them.

Non-delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate or reship.

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind: As all labels are custom-made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind on correctly printed labels.

Customer errors: Spelling mistakes entered by the customer during the design process. Please double-check your preview before ordering!

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@stuck2u.com with your order number.
  2. Include a photo of the issue (if applicable).
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution — either a free reprint or a full refund.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
